In this post I am going to reveal, in my opinion, the top 'must read' books for entrepreneurs. These are books I highly recommend you should have in your collection. Whether you're just thinking about starting a business but not quite sure how to go about it or your further along in your business journey, these books will help you.

Although I am not an obsessive reader, I have read a few books to date. Reading these top entrepreneur books that I’m going to share with you, will not only have a positive impact on the way you think but will also help you change your own business for the better.

It is said that you become what you read, and to a certain extent I agree.

Nevertheless, I found this book a nice, easy and brisk read with great valuable content inside and provided me with some great ideas for my business going forward. Definitely worth checking out…..

Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is second on the list for must read books for entrepreneurs. This book has a very heavy emphasis on your mind and how you think, and how important your thoughts are to achieving your goals whether in business or in life.

It lets you know that what you think and what you believe in is very important, as this pertains strongly to what you can achieve. If for example, your goal is setting up a business and you believe that you will then according to this book you will and it also gives you an insight on how to get there.

This book will have you believing in yourself if you don’t already and is filled with lessons and advice for success from an entrepreneur who was at one point the richest man in America. He shares in the book what he learned from the newly emerging entrepreneurs at the time and he also lets you in on how he become incredibly successful himself.

All in all, this is one of the must read entrepreneur books especially if you are having doubts to whether you made the right decision pursuing the entrepreneur path (we’ve all been there at some point). If you're not making the headway or seeing the results you want, this book will have you believing again with some formidable advice and supply you with the motivation, inspiration and drive to continue…great!

You may have heard of this book, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you did as this is one of the most popular books to read today by entrepreneurs and business minded people all over the world. I came across this book about a couple of years ago and I was amazed by the very advanced thinking of the author.

As the book’s title suggests, it's geared towards showing you how to make the most out of your time and how to best manage your time efficiently. It teaches you how to outsource and automate everything so that you can pretty much have the time to live the life and lifestyle you want. 

Many of the strategies that the author Tim suggests in this book can easily be applied to your business or life and if you do, be prepared to witness astonishing results!

Reading this book will definitely get you to think in different ways about doing things and help you become a multi-visionary in achieving your targets, meaning, you will become a much more creative thinker in your approach to achieving your goals.

Last but definitely not the least of the must read books for entrepreneurs is called ‘Keep Any Promise’ by Karim H. Ismail. This book divides itself into two parts, the first part of the book shows you the real stories of people that have managed to turn their lives around and the second part are exercises that you can undertake to help transform your life or your business.

The book is based on the author’s experience of coming from running a successful business but being swamped with work which seriously affected his personal life. This led him to create a game plan to transform his life which he has put in this book. Where his book really shines and where this book becomes a true masterpiece is through its exercises.

The stories are good but doing the exercises will absolutely change your life. Following through with the exercises is definitely where the value of the book is.
